Packed breakfasts with croissants and bake-off buns, as example was excellent. The staff were pleasant, unbeatable location to the cathedral. Moreover, it was right by restaurants and `` Stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella '' and transportation hubs.

It was a good value and modern hotel in a shopping area, next to Palazzo Pitti, museums and good restaurants and the main attractions in Florence.

The location was particularly good and perfect, only 5 minutes walk to a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Moreover, it's near museums and all the popular places of interest. There were airy and new-fashioned rooms with large beds. The variety of choices for packed breakfast was DELICIOUS.

It has excellent and fantastic location for visiting a distinguished monument. The staff are very helpful and really helpful, giving their best to make the stay a very nice experience. The rooms are brand-new and generous-sized, have hypo-allergenic pillows🙂

I recently stayed at a hotel in Florence for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff at Residenza Fiorentina were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as everything I wanted to see was within a 15 minute walking distance in any direction. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a queen and twin bed, making it great value for the price. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Residenza Fiorentina.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations given the price. All recently renovated it is beautiful and clean. The service and breakfasts are exceptional.

Getting in the first night was a problem because until you learn to manage it the entrance is tricky. The lobby is on the second florr.

The hotel had a very central location and it was few metres away from a 15th - century Dominican church. We dined at a pretty good nearby restaurant with local dishes. Stayed in a good-sized room that was kept v clean.

The location was magnificent and lovely, in the heart of the city. We visited La Martinicca based in the area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and making us feel at home. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, ensuring we started our day off right.

One drawback was the noise from outside, especially in the early morning. The bus stop and foot traffic generated a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep in.

Rather small breakfast room and some rooms on the 3rd floor are small.It would be nice if this hotel could expand and become bigger.
